In order to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, we ask you to observe the following house rules:
- Hotel employees are authorized to instruct any guest to leave the hotel in order to comply with public order and the house rules.
- In order to ensure the peace and quiet of all guests at night, we ask you to keep quiet from 22:00 to 06:00 and to keep the volume in your room at a reasonable level.
- After 10 p.m., out of consideration for the hotel neighbors and other guests, all noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to our hotel
- Visitors from hotel guests are welcome from 15:00 to 20:00. Please sign your visitors in at reception with a valid ID and sign them out again when they leave. We would like to know who is entering and leaving our hotel. Persons not booked at the hotel are only permitted to enter the rooms after prior registration at reception. The hotel may refuse access in individual cases.
- The use of electrical appliances such as hotplates, barbecues or similar is not permitted, as there is a high risk of fire.
- It is not permitted to take food from the breakfast buffet to your room or on the go.
- The hotel expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (in particular jewelry and cash).
- Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. However, there are smoking areas on the terrace.
- Hotel rooms and their equipment, as well as hotel property, must not be damaged. We must point out that any damage caused by you must be compensated to the hotel and will be charged to you.
- The loss of the room key leads to a charge of 30 €.
- Theft of hotel property is not a trivial offense. Our equipment is gradually being fitted with NFC sensors. This also includes towels, hangers and bed linen. Any theft will be reported to the police without exception.
- We ask you not to throw any sanitary towels, tampons or other objects into the toilets, as this can lead to blockages in our sewage system. We expressly reserve the right to claim damages if this instruction is disregarded and this results in damage to our hotel.
- Dogs must always be kept on a lead on the hotel grounds, regardless of size and breed. Pets are not allowed on the beds or to sleep there. Dogs may not be left alone in the room.
- Pets are not permitted in the dining areas.
- Excessive alcohol consumption is undesirable, especially in the public areas of the hotel.
- Prostitution or incitement to prostitution as well as drug abuse and trafficking is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the police.
- We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and to refuse services to those guests who disregard the house rules and whose behavior causes damage to the hotel or other guests.
